HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

• Shipping cost may vary based on Item and postage location 

 

PROCESSING TIME:

• As soon as we receive your order, we process your item within 2-4 business days. This includes production time since most of our products are made to order.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

• As soon as your order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to email provided during purchase. It may take 4-5 business days for delivery.

 

(Shipping carries are STILL experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.)

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, please contact our support team for full refund on your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by the customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS GUARANTEE 

• For items received that are not as described in our listing OR items that are Defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
• All returns must be in its original packaging/condition and also be made within 14 days of delivery date.
